- Free is 1 desk and 100 AI replies per month with DeskQ branding. Growth ($79/mo) is 3 desks, 6,000 replies, and 3 seats. Pro ($199/mo) is 10 desks, 25,000 replies, 10 seats, and white-label embeds.
- Yes. Paid plans are monthly. Manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal from your DeskQ account.
- Usually no. Install is one script for chat (embed.js) and optional form.js. A coding agent or developer can paste it into the root layout if you prefer.
